Baby and Me (newborn- crawler w/ a caregiver)
Drop-in, $20/ or class pack- Mondays 12:30-1:30 pm,
with Lindsay Fletcher, CYT Karma Kids Yoga- (starts 9/9)
Moms, Dads and caregivers come together in a supportive environments for both themselves and their babies. Poses are focused around the changes taking place postpartum and chronic muscle tension that might occur this first year for caregivers. The babies love the interactive poses with their caregivers, and the start of early socialization with the other babies.
Toddler and me (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 1-3, with a caregiver)
Ages 1-3, with a caregiver- Tuesdays, 11-11:45am with Lindsay Fletcher, CYT Karma Kids.

Young Budding Yogis (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 4-6, co-ed)
Ages 4-6- Tuesdays, 4:45-5:30pm with Rene Biemer, CYT Little Flower Yoga.
10 Classes $230. 9/24- 12/16 (no class 10/1, 11/5)
These small groups offer a balanced yoga class that meet the playful and exploratory needs of a preschooler- first grader. Focus will be on strength, balance, flexibility and FUN. The group will explore mindfulness and breath techniques. These can be tools for self-regulation that foster an understanding of how body and mind are connected and nurture a positive self-image.
Budding Yogis (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 7-9, co-ed)
Mondays, 4-4:45pm with Rajni Wint, CYT, Little Flower Yoga
9 classes $205. 9/23-12/9 (no class 9/30, 10/14, 11/11)
This fun and playful class will encourage your child’s self-expression as well as building social skills. They will develop body awareness through basic yoga poses and acquire the tools for self-regulation and centering through mindfulness techniques. Kids play games, create art projects and practice yoga in a safe and compassionate environment.
Young Warriors (Tween Yoga and Meditation for Boys, ages 9-13)
Fridays 4:15-5:14pm with Rene Biemer, CYT Little Flower Yoga.
8 classes $185. 10/4- 11/22
In today’s high-tech world, it is becoming more of a challenge for boys to focus on the tasks at hand and engage in “tech-free” activities. In this asana (movement) based class, your tween will learn fun and engaging ways to move and strengthen their bodies to release their energy. Tools for focus and concentration skills will also be taught. No yoga experience necessary. Led by Rene Biemer, CYT thru Little Flower Yoga and RYT, Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health.
Young Warriors (Tween Yoga and Mindfulness for Middle School Girls )
Thursdays, 3:30-4:30pm, with Kristy Cohen CYT- Little Flower Yoga

Participating in yoga & mindfulness practices build awareness & understanding of the mind-body connection. As tweens explore who they are, these life long tools help manage stress, emotional regulation, and other challenges facing this transitional time from child to teenager. This class will focus on the importance of self-care rituals through yoga, guided meditations, and mindfulness techniques that support a positive self-image, and build inner strength and emotional intelligence.
Teen Yoga (Yoga and Mindfulness- Co-ed ages 14-18)
Thursdays 4:45pm-5:45pm, with Alexa Wolkoff lcsw, ryt, guest teacher Little Flower Yoga
4 classes, $95. 10/4-10/28
This class will explore yoga both on and off the mat.
We will look at yoga as a practice for creating greater self-acceptance, alleviating anxiety, increasing body awareness and a sense of personal power, as well as expanding our view of the world around us.
Yoga asana (physical postures), meditation, mindfulness techniques and breath work will be incorporated. All genders and body types are encouraged to join and no prior yoga experience necessary.
