Susan Richter Papertsian is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and small group fitness instructor. She also studied at EFTI, is certified in pre/post-natal, and has extensive experience in corrective exercise and training older adults. Susan has worked with people ages 14-85, in both a gym setting and privately.
Susan believes that it is never too late to start a fitness program; Strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance are equally important to live the best life possible. Her motto is “Transform Your Body, Transform Your Life”.
