Alice Jung

Alice completed her 200-hour teacher training along with her two daughters in a special bonding experience. She trained at ‘The House of Jai’ in NYC and is certified in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She has practiced yoga for over ten years and has a background in dance and pilates. Alice loves Yoga’s mind and body connection and regards Yoga as an important routine for health and to cope with the stresses of our daily lives. She believes the breathing, toning, and flexibility that Yoga teaches helps to build both our inner and outer strength. Alice has a warm nature and enjoys teaching yoga students of all ages, focusing on correct alignment to help each student improve their practice and avoid injury.
