Meditation in Motion – Learning the Basics of Yoga

In this workshop we will learn the basic, foundation of the yoga postures that are practiced to align strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. We will break down Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose), Surya Namaskara: The Sun Salutations as well as breathing techniques and meditation, and finally linking breath to movement. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
