Join us for an 90 minutes of self-care on Friday July 6th 6 -7:30pm to revive the body, mind and spirit through constructive rest. 

Alexa will lead the class through gentle yoga to warm the spine then a series of delicious Restorative poses, and ultimately a guided mediation. You just may be floating home from the studio.

Fine tune your alignment through the creative use of the rope wall and other props. By learning specific actions through these helpful tools, you will be able to access a new level of awareness and depth in your practice. You will then take this new found understanding with you into some breath-linked movement for a complete experience! 

​Through steady and progressive sequencing, clear and precise cuing, and anatomical and energetic awareness, Kristen’s classes combine strength and ease while moving with intention and fluidity. Her teaching is most notably influenced by her time studying and practicing with Alison West of Yoga Union in NYC (300TT and 100-hr Comprehensive Yoga for Backcare and Scoliosis Certification) and Amy Matthews (Embodied Anatomy & Kinesiology: Bones & Ligaments course). Mommy and Me is Back! With Alice Jung. Thursdays 9:30-10:30am (starting 5/10)

Join Alice and new local moms and babies (newborn- crawling) for a weekly hour of fun and taking care of YOU. The moms come together to meet other new local moms and become re-aquainted with their bodies through breathing and yoga asana, catered to their changing hormones and bodies. The poses especially target the shoulders, arms and lower back which can all be fatigued in the early months of motherhood. The babies love to watch each other and play with their mommies through yoga poses. 
This class is for all levels of yoga practice.

Young Budding Yogis (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 4-6, co-ed)

Mondays 3:30-4:15pm, 8 classes- April 9- May 28

This fun and playful class will encourage your child’s self-expression as well as building social skills. They will develop body awareness through basic yoga poses and acquire the tools for self-regulation and centering through mindfulness techniques. Kids sing, draw and practice yoga in a safe and compassionate environment. 

 

Stress and Anxiety Busting for Kids (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 7-10, co-ed) 

Wednesdays, 3:30-4:15pm 5 classes, April 11- May 9

Budding Yogis (Yoga and Mindfulness for ages 7-10, co-ed) 

Fridays, 4-5pm 8 classes, April 13- June 18

These classes offer a balanced yoga class that meets the needs of both boys and girls as their bodies are changing and growing quickly. Focus will be on strength, balance and flexibility, as well as mindfulness and breathing techniques- tools for self-regulation. The boys build strength, balance and flexibility while they learn breathing and stillness techniques to help calm the senses.
