The class, led by Alexa, focuses on finding a deep sense of inner peace, grounding and gratitude through asana, pranayama, meditation and relevant readings. The root and heart chakras will be the focus of this gentle but exhilarating practice. We will find our own inner gratitude through grounding postures and the ability to share that by practicing opening our hearts.
It will be an all level class, so modifications will be given.
You are sure to feel more centered and mindful after class, ready to reenter the holiday with a renewed sense of gratitude and love.
What are you grateful for?
The class itself is free, and donations are accepted for The Yoga Sol Scholarship Fund. The fund helps keep our community studio running and allows us to helps students with difficulty paying for classes attend the classes they want to. The Fund supports both Yoga Sol adult classes and Sol Kids. The fund is what really allows us to make yoga accessible to everyone. No donation is ever too small and all are tax deductible.
This class will be the only one taking place at Yoga Sol on Thanksgiving Day.
We will be running a modified schedule throughout Thanksgiving weekend.
