Encourage your little one to stretch and as we act out familiar stories from our favorite authors through creative movement and yoga. This class cultivates an exploration of movement, breath and sound in a supportive space for both caregivers and children. 10 week session $190.

Budding Yogis (kids 5-9 yrs)
Mondays, 3:30- 4:15pm with Kristy Cohen (1/4-3/12, no class 1/16 or 2/15)
Tuesdays, 4:15pm- 5:00pm with Kristi Lynch (1/5-3/15 no class 2/16)
Students learn how everyday physical, mental and emotional challenges can be recognized and managed through the use of yoga poses, breath work and visualizations.10 week sessions- $190.
Tween Yoga (girls 10-13 yrs)
Thursdays, 4:30- 5:30pm with Cathy Anfiteatro (1/7- 3/17, no class 2/18)
Fridays, 3:30-4:30pm with Kristy Cohen (1/8-3/18, no class 2/19)
Tween stress is becoming more widely understood and common. Participating in a yoga practice can help teens relieve this stress, explore who they are, and provide a positive influence of themselves and their bodies for the rest of their lives. Tween yoga classes will offer tools to guide students in self exploration, provide ways to handle stress, anger, anxiety, depression and other challenges facing this transitional time from child to teenager. 10 week sessions- $190.
Young Warriors (boys 9-13 yrs)

DROP-INS ARE WELCOME ($20)
A fun and challenging yoga class that meets tween boys right where they are. Laughter and energy are highly encouraged! The focus is on feeling good in your body and understanding how that leads to feeling good about yourself in every way. The boys build strength, balance and flexibility while they learn breathing and stillness techniques to help calm the senses. 10 week session- $190.
