New Teacher/ New Class coming in May
Yoga Sol is thrilled to welcome Kristen Woods!

Through steady and progressive sequencing, clear and precise cuing, and anatomical and energetic awareness, Kristen’s classes combine strength and ease while moving with intention and fluidity. Her teaching is most notably influenced by her time studying and practicing with Alison West of Yoga Union in NYC (300TT and 100-hr Comprehensive Yoga for Backcare and Scoliosis Certification) and Amy Matthews (Embodied Anatomy & Kinesiology: Bones & Ligaments course). A practitioner since 2005 and a student of many teachers, Kristen enjoys weaving elements of vinyasa and alignment together to show how each style can complement the other in a enlivening and dynamic way. “She combines empathy and precision, humor and extensive understanding of the body.” –  R.Z.

Lynn Culbertson

Gentle flow Yoga is a slow flowing yoga class designed for ease of practice while still challenging the body. This class will utilize gentle flowing Asana with props to ensure safety and comfort. Gentle flow will be offer practitioners who may have feared practicing due to injury a safe place to begin practice again or to start a new practice to prevent future injury.

Slow Flow w/ Heather Cummings, Sundays 6-7:15 (starting 11/5) allows beginners and seasonal yogis alike to create their own synchronized dance, while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. The pace may be slower, but challenges will be present with difficulties to work through. Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a healing dance of moving meditation.
